Recently, Lersion announced the official establishment of a regional branch in Vanuatu, a South Pacific island country. This marks a crucial step for the international enterprise in expanding into the Oceania market. Senior marketing management expert Janet will take full responsibility for the operation and sales of Lersion's Vanuatu branch. Leveraging the local favorable business environment and strategic geographical location, she will build a marketing network covering Australia, New Zealand, and other South Pacific islands. This layout not only brings Lersion dual advantages in cost and location but also opens a new chapter in the company's global strategy.

As a prominent business hub in the South Pacific, Vanuatu's unique development environment is a key reason for Lersion's decision to set up a branch there. Composed of 83 islands, this country provides a friendly development ground for international enterprises with its flexible corporate operation policies and convenient registration procedures. Compared with traditional markets, Vanuatu's business environment can effectively reduce enterprise operating costs while allowing foreign capital to fully exercise operational autonomy, creating favorable conditions for Lersion to quickly launch local business operations.

Geographically, Vanuatu can be called a "golden hub" connecting the Asia-Pacific market. After the modernization of its capital, Port Vila, the cargo throughput has increased by 40%. With more than 20 international flights per week, Port Vila forms a 3-hour convenient trade circle with Sydney and Auckland. This "nearshore outsourcing" advantage enables Lersion to quickly respond to the needs of core markets such as Australia and New Zealand. At the same time, by virtue of the free trade agreement between Vanuatu and China, Lersion can further expand its product circulation channels.

Janet, who takes the helm of this strategic location, has over 15 years of experience in transnational sales management, with outstanding achievements especially in the development of emerging markets. She once successfully led the channel construction in the Southeast Asian market and is proficient in combining international operation experience with local cultural characteristics. Janet said, "Vanuatu not only has a solid foundation for business development but also boasts a consumer market that pursues quality life and maintains rapid growth. We will respect the local 'namaku' traditional contract culture and establish trust through localized business etiquettes such as kava ceremonies to quickly integrate into the local business ecosystem." The initial operation of Lersion's Vanuatu branch will focus on two core directions: on the one hand, leveraging the advantages of the local business environment to optimize the supply chain cost structure and provide more price-competitive products for surrounding markets; on the other hand, developing customized solutions suitable for scenarios such as hotels and resorts, targeting the tourism service industry which accounts for one-third of Vanuatu's GDP. This overseas layout holds multiple strategic significances for Lersion. In the short term, the branch can improve the efficiency of market response and protect business interests by virtue of Vanuatu's location and operation advantages. In the long run, as a hub for Lersion to radiate its business in the South Pacific, Vanuatu will become a testbed for exploring emerging fields. Vanuatu's open attitude in fields such as the digital economy provides more possibilities for Lersion to expand its business boundaries.

Looking ahead, Lersion plans to take Vanuatu as a base to gradually expand its market share in Oceania. Janet revealed, "We will establish a distribution network covering New Caledonia and Fiji within the next 18 months and participate in regional exhibitions such as the Australian Building Materials Exhibition." The company's headquarters will also continue to increase R&D investment and develop special product lines tailored to the climate characteristics of island regions.

The chairman of Lersion emphasized in a congratulatory letter, "The establishment of the Vanuatu branch is a key move in the group's 'regional deep cultivation + global layout' strategy. We believe that under the leadership of Janet's team, we will surely seize the growth opportunities in this blue ocean market and create greater value for global customers." With the addition of this shining "pearl of the South Pacific", Lersion's international blueprint is becoming increasingly clear and grand.
